In this short course we’ll begin to understand, admire and respect this foundational part of our being. We’ll discuss and provide strategies for improving challenges you may be experiencing, like:

  • The structure of the Pelvis and Pelvic Diaphragm
  • How they work
  • Risk Factors, Causes, and Types of Challenges and Imbalances to the Pelvic Diaphragm
  • Healthy Practices to improve the function of and your relationship with your Pelvic Diaphragm
Each Lesson includes a Yoga Practice tailored to the topic to help your body integrate the learning.
